This is round 2 from gisborne in the 2012 season of the new zealand offshore powerboat championship.. Permission has been given to reserve a portion of the gisborne harbour for the thunder out east offshore powerboat races between 11.30 am and 2 pm on 8 february 2020. if the reserved area is being used by the permitted applicant, no other person may enter, remain or use the area for any other purpose. please refer to the map below..
